Papertake weekly 'Elegant embossing'

I decided to join in with this weeks papertake weekly challenge which is as follows:

You just need to make your project with the 'Elegant Embossing' theme (wet or dry embossing!).

Well i couldnt resist,as i bought some cuttlebug embossing folders months ago,but couldnt try them out as my sizzix has been lent out to someone for the past 9 months, but i got it back a couple of weeks ago,so thought this challenge would give me the chance to try out the folders.
So here is my creation! Not exactly elegant...but it does have embossing...lol
I used white linen cs
ribbons from stash
cuttlebug embossing folder- spots n dots
brads-from stash
bella stamp - stamping bella

IM BACK

Hello!!!!
It seems like ive been away from my blog...for like....forever!!!
My poor likkle blog has been sooo neglected :(
For a few weeks i had no internet, then when that was sorted i wasnt too well.
but hopefully now iam back to stay :)
I havent even crafted at all for bout 6 weeks or so...very unlike me.
This weekend i felt i really had to do something. I so want to get lots of scrapbook pages done.
Earlier tonight i decided that i was gonna do a page.
All my plain 12 x 12 papers n cardstock is packed away in my craft room (which at the mo is being used as a store room ) :(
...But i was determined to do a page...lol
So i had to kind of go with what i had to hand.
The paper is rather busy so i had to go with something quite simple.
I spent ages going round all the paper etc with a white gel pen doing dots...lol
The page actually turned out quite nice :)
When i finished it i realised that, those papers would co-ordinate with the sei aunt gerti's garden kit (Which i just love)...so i got the other few papers i have the same and popped them all with the sei kit.....ready to try another day...lol
