City Crafter 'Isn't She Lovely'

Yeah...!!! I've had more time to play :)
I have joined in with this weeks challenge over at The City Crafter This week their challenge is 'Isn't she lovely' ..So your project  had to include an image of a girl, wether it be a photo, stamped image ect.
I decided to create something using a piccie of the Chloe monster.

I used one of the blank chipboard pages from a basic grey album thingy. I'm actually gonna add a little stand to the back of this as i think that they will look lovely displayed as pictures as apposed to putting them all together as an album.
Sentiments are all K & co
Ribbon,lace and pearls from stash.
Tim holtz die.

The shabby tea room

It's been a while since i had the chance to join in with The Shabby Tea Room Challenge
So as i had a little time to play...i just couldn't resist having a play :)
This week it is a 'Photo Inspiration' challenge!
This is waht i came up with!

I much prefer creating 'things' as apposed to cards. And i also prefer to create things that haven't got stamped images on them...i just prefer nice sentiments :)  (I guess i should remember this everytime that i buy new stamps...lol)
The papers ??? - Could possibly be shabby princess
The sentiment is K & co - Amy Butler
The flower and butterflies were cut with martha stewart punches.
Tulle,ribbon & Lace - from stash
And then there is of course...me liquid perals (I think that i would surely be lost without this stuff...haha)
Many thanks to all of you who congratulated me on the wedding...thankyou :)
My wedding dress is due to arrive today :) So here iam sat waiting patiently (not) for it to arrive :)

Soooo....the wedding invites......lol
Nothing fancy shmancy here i'm afraid...lol I wanted plain and simple (bit like me...lol)
So ....here they are.....
This one is the invitation to the actual wedding
I wanted them to match in with the colour scheme.I've kept them very simple with gold ribbon and a satin heart.I've also embossed alon the right side edge using a cuttlebug border embossing folder.

....and the inside..........
...This one is just the reception invite...postcard style with the details on the reverse..

...See...told ya they weren't fancy...lol

Long time no blog :)

I seem to be getting good at this late posting :(
HUGE THANKS to everyone that left messages on my previous post about Dan's birthday xxx THANKYOU...it really does mean a lot xxx
The last few weeks have been quite hectic. I have decided to get married...lol (Obviously to me OH...lol)
I'm now 37..(Not getting any younger...lol) So figured that it was about time i got married! (A reason to have a party...hehe)  Me being the atheist that iam i have opted for a registry office wedding...WAS gonna have quite a large reception afterwards...but then MIL whinged about the date...blah blah...so i cancelled the lot, changed the date for the wedding to december 7th , and instead of paying out a fortune on the reception we are just having a reception in our local pub,... and then taking the kids to Euro disney for 5 days! Last few weeks i have been sorting out dresses, making invites ect...will post pics of invites tomoro!
I forgot to add my card on for last weeks Our creative Corner sketch, which was this one below.

A few weeks back i bought some lili of the Valley stamps , and at last i've had the chance to be able to join in with their challenge....which is 'Four seasons'  I have gone for spring...using this sooo cute image :)

There not even colours that i would normally use, but i acyually liked them together when i had finished.
The little shoes and glasses have been covered with glossy accents.
